The last 12 months worth of news for ZIVO.

So .... why would any investor have even the slightest interest in buying ZIVO stock at the moment given the news of the last 12 months ???

As one can see below, the end of last year and start of this year looked very promising. A broad trial test of Wellmetris, and very positive Zoetis collaboration results.

Since then ....... crickets ........... nearly 11 months ...... still waiting on that "money event" .....

Little nuggets here and there .... like that LOI with algae grower in Florida to produce hundreds of pounds of the biomass .... still could happen but .....

ZIVO presently on the main page of CEOCast .... but its really a worthless view .... sez nothing

Thus far the CEOCast tour of New York hasn't produced anything thus far .... although these things typically take some time .... but if compelling enough ..... shouldn't really take much time at all .... relatively speaking.

- ZIVO Bioscience Announces Increase in Credit Facility From Primary Lender and Notice of Convertible Debt Conversion Angels increase their commitment . although if I understand correct, if the Angels had funded that whole thing immediately we would have had movement on at least 1 front already ...... AND ..... statements made by primary lender indicating an orderly conversion of debt haven't proven to have occurred. To date, doesn't look like any conversion has happened. And of course the premise for the comments made no sense to me at the time anyway. The stock doesn't need liquidity, it needs scarcity. Of course conversion is double-edged. Would be nice to reduce interest costs.

- ZIVO Bioscience Announces Amended Convertible Debt Structure and Continued Support From Primary Lender Angels kindly fixed the conversion rates. Removed floorless clause. Very positive indication at the time.

- ZIVO Bioscience Concludes Bovine Mastitis Pilot Study with Promising Results in Combatting Mycoplasma Pathogen Very positive. And with additional information provided later, we know Zoetis is/was willing to shorten the testing originally requested (due to positive results on multiple candidates) to complete the collaboration ...... for which investors are still waiting .........

- ZIVO Bioscience and WellMetris Subsidiary Announce Pilot Program and Pending Order for Point of Care Wellness Test ...And still we wait ..... i.e. hasn't happened ....
