Looks like someone had a sell at market and got screwed.
One thing i learned long ago was never have a market order on thinly traded stocks.
PS I just picked up another 27,000 shares at .0209 and believe this is the same seller that is trying to sell his 500K shares but they are only showing it as 10k. Hate seeing 10K offered as you really dont know what actual amount it is.
Once he has sold his shares doesnt look like very little resistacne till .027
