My thoughts. Not facts,but thoughts on that question.
IN the spring, they did a lot of work to the Iron Maiden. They painted her, worked on a few issues and had numerous expenses. During the summer they had diving costs, but none of those expensive repair costs, sot he vessel costs showed as lower.
Just a guess, but one that seems to be maybe the reason. I try to give answers when I know something or even have an opinion on something, to posters who are asking honest questions - like yours is. SO I hope that helps.
