They may well start getting some interest from other companies shortly..Wallach indicated that was already the case 2 or 3 year's ago when he mentioned a possible merger or acquisition,so it definitely should be more likely from this point going forward.

i think a rule of thumb for what one company is willing to pay for another is recouping the investment in 10 to 15 years time..really tough to guesstimate for CAPC..would almost have to be the proverbial fly on the wall when and if Stewart is in discussions with a suitor..$80m offer now would seem to be unrealistic to me,but just what is Capstone's growth potential??

if it were for $50m in sale's for 2018 with a $8m to $12m profit,$80m now wouldn't be unrealistic at all.

now that you've brought this subject up again,bull,i can well imagine that we might hear something from the company along those line's in 2016..that doesn't necessarily mean a buyout or merger will in fact take place.

and to be honest i'll be hoping to pick up some CAPC cheapie's this week..just have to see how the trading goes tomorrow starting at 9:30am.
