They're too smart for that.

Never any concrete deadlines or promises, so can't call them liars.

I personally believe they have intentionally made misleading and vague statements and bad cracked on most those.

And let's not get started on when they year ends. While the entire world see December 31 as the end of the year, when the company says in September they hope to have something by the end of the year, what they have claimed this means is end of June. Their FISCAL year. Convenient when January rolled around and people asked where the results they promised by year's end were.

"How could it mean anything else" was Seymour's quote.

So now Seymour says by end of year or Q1 for 500g cale up to be completed. I wonder if this means Q1 as EVERYONE defines it or July-Sept as NNVC defines it.
