Why? If you only have $200 for stocks, what does it matter what the stock price is ? If a stock is $100/share, you can buy 2 shares. Find a stock that you think is worth owning, and buy what your budget allows. Stock price doesn't matter.
Keep in mind that penny stocks in general are among the riskiest of all possible investments, especially for noobs, who may not be familiar with the common manipulation & fraud.
