In your estimation how many shares will the venture need to create for this year and next year in order to convert all of the notes and pay back the balance of the notes turning the debt into company shares and at what price per share will these be priced at.
So two groups of shares one for current debt repayment and the other for future expenses for operations to continue next year?
And of course don't leave out investor relations since they are helping the venture with the current PR campaign and from prior stock placements this number will be in the millions of shares.
I could read the past 10Q's but you seem the be an expert all things this venture so how many shares are we talking about and when will they be handing them out?
I think once a total amount of shares is added up say around twenty million priced at .05 per share and if it wouldn't be too much trouble explain how with no actual sales of sensors currently on the books how these twenty million shares can be sold to recoup their investments?
