Very well expressed rodman - so simple.

Doctors can be part of the tsunami of change or not. Their patients can move away from drugs and physicians, appointments, waiting, by switching to ActiPatch by word-of-mouth, they don't 'need' physicians to tell them PEMF works. Doctors will catch on faster than others because of CME and continue to help pain patients by recommending ActiPatch and prescribing less and less drugs. The writing is on the wall when the fibromyalgia patient group in the UK fires a 20,000 signature petition at the National Health Service wanting ActiPatch costs covered by NHS, covering patient costs for over 1 Million patients every 36 hours! Now think USA. The oath of doctors is to help their patients, they will be delighted to help reduce drug use and help their patients, you watch!

FDA has just reclassified BIEL's products to Class II. The 'buzz' or 'jungle telegraph', or "Have you heard about this new way of dealing with "your" back pain, you should check it out" has already started, it's already being talked about by the American people. Don't forget, there are already millions of people who can say, "I remember seeing that on Doctor Oz". Remember the incredible sales response? So incredible that FDA shut it down because it needed to check it out, so it shut down U.S. sales by appropriately writing its cease and desist order letter. Oops.

At the same time, or shortly thereafter, some very bright people listened to BIEL, which continued to stubbornly argue its case and knock on doors, write letters. Then FDA said, "whoa", then stated publicly they were unsure, needed to know more, needed to hire experts and have a better look. They did everything they said they would, hired experts in their devices division, took the time, spent millions, created the SWT category for BIEL devices, made 'em Class II and here we are, patiently waiting for FDA OTC Clearance USA. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of ActiPatch users in the UK are taking less drugs and suffering less pain every day. What a great success story from the little Maryland company that could. My hat is off to Andy Whelan, the stubborn, ex-Marine, BIEL CEO who has spots, just like everyone of the rest of us, and just wouldn't quit. Soon . . . . . .
