That's just it. Management has their controlling shares, they don't care about the stock price and from what I've seen, they aren't even interested in buying more of their own stock even at these levels.

There is NO sign of accumulation down here, and other than the 6.4M on the bid last week, we hardly have bids over a million.

What I see is a lot of flipping, a few investors buying at .0007 and .0008 and selling at .0011-.0012, maybe they are the smart ones as that seems to be the ONLY way to make a few $$ on UCPA the last year or so.

Hoping for news that will blow me away this week, but if they hold true to form, we either won't get any or it will be lack luster at best.
