Yes, the financing arm is good. Actually IMO this should have been in place a long time ago (Cap makes BIG ticket items not small dollar ones) . Another reason management is not on top of things and quick to make decisions when they have to be made. Draghi is trying to and will do whatever he needs to get the EU going...QE whatever....while in the meantime the dollar will keep rising.
