2 weeks ago Galt stated enough cash on books until September of 2016. Something big must be brewing where more cash required asap. . Plus the warrants are a hedge for the institutions. The institutions cannot lose. On the other hand, This could also be a play where certain board members give friends a lot of shares at a great price.
