chklingon- The problem may not have been Capstone's failure to deliver beforethis mess and may well have been collection/payment problems ; but now
they have good reason not only to put the brakes on promoting and selling the product but to hold off on any payments already due for reasons outlined in my prior post.

Awhile back when first it was revealed that the big Russian distributor was in arrears for $6.9.DJ said they put them on a "payment plan" and will be monitoring it. It was then that I began to believe that CPST's financial woes were getting real serious despite DJ brushing them aside along with the researches with their flip-flopping recommendations ... changing every month. Excluded in all of their reports and even the latest, no mention of the payment problems .
I continue to believe this is the last straw for this company.The weight of problems now surrounding it, prevents any chance for a quick recovery and time is precious as to it's on going viability.
They do have genuine assets and someone might come in in the hopes of re-building. But it won't be done with this mgmt and with some clearance of the problems. That's TIME!
