Yes, I had heard a while back that some processes were running at 680, even 690.

(I remember when Intel launched a major program called "ISO 600," back when defect densities were much higher. Most processors are area-dominated with various levels of cache, which mostly look like SRAM, so SRAMs were a process driver and monitor. Even though Intel nominally stopped selling SRAM per se in the commercial market.)

Anyway, this( (ISO 700) is the asymptote on Holt's graphs.
