Traber and Czzir do not have the leadership skills to handle the business side of running a startup biotech. This recent funding is a perfect example. Giving away warrants is not a necessity for competent business managers with a good product. For example look how West gets financing for BTX and Erlich gets financing for CTIX. They sell shares based on the current share price without giving away warrants. We need a business manager and obviously no one on our current team is competent to fill the role.
