If anyone was interested in UCP/3Kronor in any way shape or form, they would have been buying down here already.

Disagree.

- most don't even know that UCP exists as a public holding company of three media agencies.
- even if an interested party would knew of UCP, buying on the public market don't give you the certainty to acquire a definite %-equity stake at a given price. You'd have to start buying blindly in HOPE to achieve a desired level of ownership while driving up the pps significantly.

It's an entirely different strategy to approach buyers directly.
