The year of "probation" would have been up already, and I doubt they can retroactively bring back the original charge. Done deal probably. However, if the lout is being investigated by a three-letter agency or if there is an active prosecution for his current MNGG scam, his past record will certainly play a role in any court proceedings.

Grand theft (2 charges), countless traffic violations in both Florida and Arizona in just a couple years, hopefully followed by a conviction for stock fraud. Quite a resume.
