It's buyer beware in Stinky-pinky land. 99% of penny stocks are scams. Just assume that from the start. Read SEC filings. The more the hype, more likely it's a scam.
Only protection is to not buy them in the first place.

Man the shovels to bury this POS. Stinks less if you put it in the ground. Pretty sad that we have no protection from scams like this that run so long kicking sand the the face of the SEC and other regulators.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
