I don't see a salary, warrants, stock options or any other type of payment. I was amazed he has been doing this all these years for 30K per year. I think the bump to 90K was justified and if he can get all of the licensees paying and continue to add more then I would be fine with him receiving a bonus on top of the 90K. I don't think he is going to take it all when he owns 100,000,000 shares or whatever it is. I forget.

Gans seems o.k. to me. Better than just about any pink sheet ceo. I do hope he has a formula for getting Houston, Mooresville, Detroit and Gary to pay their full royalties. Even with some dead beats the growth story is intact and this will be their best year yet with about 50% revenue growth over the previous year and next year should be more of the same.

50 percent net profit margin pre-tax is nothing to sneeze at either. IMO!
