It has also changed a friend and retired CT fireman's life. He was reluctant at first then said what the hell I am in pain and that is dragging me down in other areas. Within 4 days he was like 10 years younger. Now, 3 weeks later he is back at the gym again at 5:30 and like 20 years younger, full of energy and no pain.
