The audit will never happen! Its been coming next week for the last 2 years. Even if it would happen which it wont it wont make a difference to the stock price! The share structure has exploded since the halt!
Ed has already told everyone shares sales are used to fund his travel and overhead and not for projects. He will use off balance sheet financing for any projects which means common stockholders get NOTHING!!
But dont worry there wont be any projects because the CEO is incompetent and just a snake oil salesman so you wont be missing out on anything as he has done NOTHING for 5 years besides selling billions of shares!!

There is a saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me"!!
I don't understand how people still believe a word Ed says?

I don't think people really believe him, they just act that way hoping and praying they can just break even, which will not happen for most!!

I warned everyone years ago when float was much smaller and price was .0015+ ! I got nothing but negative responses and silly reply's that i was short this sub penny stock which is impossible and just stupid to even believe as even if you were allowed to short a sub penny stock you would have to put up $2.50 per share in equity which means you would have to tie up $2.5 million dollars to short 1 million shares for a maximum profit of $100 and unlimited risk! Makes no sense so don't believe anyone that uses that argument!
