Mooresville is the one that pisses me off the most. How do you build a brand new 10,000 sq foot building and not pay your measly 10K per month royalty? Could result in a big lump sum payment once the co takes them to court.

The most recent agreement where they forced Palm Springs LLC to pay the entire first years royalty up front is something I hope to see them do more often.

I still think this is going to be a huge winner and it is my largest holding. It is happening slower than I had hoped but I am not giving up.
