BMAK off the Ask, Form-4 buy prop-it-up IMO

0.80 / 0.94 (1000 x 1000)

Actually BMAK and CDEL both pulled waaaay out off the Ask on Level II this AM so far.

That's all I see here. Said it yesterday when the spread went mega-wide open, but the Bid stayed pinned down. A pattern as easily recognizable now as the sun coming up in the morning. The dilution MM's pull off the Ask waaay out on the Level II (CDEL and BMAK primarily) and then they jack that Ask wide open to likely fill maybe $2K or $3K of a "insider" buy, propping up the sinking price just a tad, just for a day or two or however long it lasts.

Within 24 hours or one or two trading days, the dilution MM's then step back down hard on it as we saw this week, where the shares have already hit within a few pennies of their prior all, all, all TIME LOW of 70 cents, aka .0007 pre the massive 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split.

Nothing to see here IMO. Just the MM's gonna make some buyer pay a jacked up premium for a few $thou worth of shares, just like on all these prior week's worth of SEC Form-4 filings, where they show the highest market Ask being paid in each case, waaaay above what the shares trade for by the next freaking day in each case, LOL !!! Approx $7 bucks a share to then $5 to $4 to... being paid on "insider buys...to the shares then hitting 75 freaking cents so far post/after them Form-4 insider buys were completed, a total wipe out for the buyer(s).

Just another blip IMO. Maybe a little Friday blip/jack the Ask up to fill a few orders, if it even breaks above 94 cents today. W/ BMAK cleared waaay off the Ask on Level II, it tells me that they may run the Ask up a tad today, but maybe not. We'll see. If they do, then it's only temporary IMO, as it's only been temporary since the massive reverse split, and then total free-fall from there has occurred.

Right now we're looking at a ZERO VOLUME opening again, aka "slo-mode" which tells me those MM's got no takers/buyers for that jacked-up Ask, but we'll see. Zero volume open is also part of the pattern when the dilution MM's take a breather day or two on this- maybe they're all leaving early for their Hamptons mansions for Thanksgiving week, LOL !! Who freaking knows.

Here's how one of the convertible debt dude's lives- he's made a pretty penny loaning to cash broke penny plays like BHRT (U.S. Stem Cell whatever)-

You can see the ole leader of Manga has a lot of Thanksgiving to do, LOL !! AND, he just inked another $160K note with BHRT recently, making things even "richer" for the guy. FANTASTIC for him I guess, not so good for the ole BHRTD ole common shareholder of course, LOL !!
