Well we will see but thats what also those fillings ask and I see you dont read them at all.Our Heroes ask just for that that we as ANV Shareholders have a Stay in this court till the Case have been resolved and the Apeal have been heard and have taken its answer from the High BK court of the Apeal in that Request we have for Jury Trial.The court have to give us the Stay irregardless for the Equitable mottnes as Mandatory and if have a Right for the Apeal and the Jury Trial than the we have WON.So till the Judge didnt steal our right to have our Apeak being heard they can bark as much as they want but we can fight for another day.
