$COBI first bit of news finally

COBI news - SALT LAKE CITY, UT / ACCESSWIRE / November 20, 2015 / Compass Biotechnologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: COBI) (Compass) Compass Biotechnologies today announces it has engaged in a Letter of Intent to acquire an operating entity that has been manufacturing and supplying audio and amplification products since 2007. The company currently distributes its products though Sweetwater Music Instruments & Pro Audio, 8th Street Music, Bananas at Large and BB Organ along with over 30 other distributors. The Compass Board of Directors will continue updating shareholders on the transaction in the coming days.
