OK that is not right. The License agreement was dtd in Feb. They opened in April, the 10K says as of May and their first payment was due in July.

I am starting to see why there is so much lag time between signing a new licensee and receiving revs.

It gets worse. They didnt actually receive revs until the 4th q and it is only half what the license calls for.

Houston Club increased one hundred percent (100%) to $15,000 as royalties commenced in the fourth quarter.

And in the most recent q they paid nothing. UGHHHH

They paid 22K in the 1st q.

11,500 in the second q.

So they have been open since Apr 2014 and they have paid a total of $48,500 through Sep 2015 and they are supposed to be paying 10K a month since July 31st but they are due 10 days later. Shld have paid 130K by now.

I will take a look at all of the clubs and figure out which ones can be counted on.

It looks like off the top of my head, NY, Chicago, Baltimore, Atlantic City, N.O. and Harvey consistently pay.
