United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (URHG) Introduces New Management Team at the Dun Glen Mine Site

2015-11-19 08:00 ET - News Release

RENO, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 11/19/15

United Resources Holding Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: URHG)'s Dun Glen Mining Corp, a focused gold and silver mining company, announced today the recovery of 25.3 ounces of gold from ore run during the commissioning period.

"We have begun to see tangible results from the struggle of the past four months, which included extremely dry conditions," said United Resource Holdings Group Director and COO, Dana M. Low. The Hydrologist hired by the company, Tom Gallagher, stated that it was the driest season in recent history.

Mr. Low went on to say, "The challenges of developing water sufficient for planned plant throughput has been much relieved by recent precipitation in the immediate area, thus making access to water for the plant a much less restricting issue. Assuming we can continue to receive cooperative weather conditions, we're confident we can continue to produce and we have the potential for much more."

We are pleased and excited with the addition of Mr. Darin Quimby of Winnemucca, NV as Mine Production Manager at the Dun Glen, who has 30+ years in the mining industry, and a proven track record of production success. Additionally, Mr. Kory MacFarlane, a graduate Geologist from the Colorado School of Mines, also with 30+ years of mining experience, has come aboard to assist Mr. Quimby, to provide 24/7 onsite security, protocols for gold handling, geological guidance in pit excavation and planning, and to direct high grade ore to the placer plant.

The plant, which was installed earlier this year, has met or exceeded our expectations. It has proven to be robust and efficient, and recovery of gold is now finally at or above our expectation.

We are pleased with the new addition of a Doosan 400 6-yard loader that will work to support both the pit and plant operations. We have acquired the services of a Caterpillar D-8 with blade and ripper, on an as needed -- will call basis, for reclamation and pit development, greatly reducing our capital requirements.

We are continuing with our plan to develop and produce water for maximum plant utilization for production. We are also actively developing our pit by dropping the pit level to the ancient creek channel boundary layer and developing a stepped high wall, allowing prospecting and evaluating for high grade placer gravels to be moved to the plant. Operational plans call for the running of 100 tons per hour, 8 to 10 hours daily, averaging a 5 day week, subject to weather and breakdowns.

Short term weather forecasts indicate that we should be able to continue operations into the foreseeable future, Indications are that we can expect 15 to 20 ounces of gold per week, which we hope to be a very conservative number
