Didn't spend much time looking at the website, and didn't notice it was for U.S. Stem Cell Clinic ("Clinic" in smaller font). I just read it as U.S. Stem Cell - entirely different company.
Just another example of Bioheart's attempt to create a fiction and mislead public investors.
Yes, it's also very disturbing if they're funneling money out of Bioheart into side companies owned by management, but not by the public company itself. If there was ever a need for a forensic audit, Bioheart is the poster child.
