"Zizion Group and FDA Inspections..."???

Surprise, surprise! Do you know about Bruce's history? Allow me to copy and paste from an old post:

"However, I did find something called the "victoryoverpain.com" website.

It describes itself as "a premier provider of Calmare technology, which provides a bold, effective solution to Intractable Chronic Pain."

...on its "victoryoverpain.blogspot.in," it lists someone called "Bruce Bartman."

Well, there is no "Bruce Bartman" in Boca Raton.

However, the address he gives is also the address of something called "Zizion" -- "a distribution company focusing on natural integrative therapies."

Now, the FDA says Zizion is owned by "Bruce Bertman."

Well, there you go, the guy can't remember how to spell his own name!

Unless, of course, it was intentional.

After all:

"Respondent Bertman was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, twelve counts of wire fraud, one count of mail fraud, and one count of securities fraud in United States v. Bertman, Case No. 02-20454-CR-Graham (S.D. Fla. July 2, 2003). Respondent Bertman was sentenced to fifty-one months in prison, and three years of supervised release.2 On March 3, 2004, when the OIP was issued, Respondent Bertman was incarcerated at the Eglin Federal Prison Camp, Eglin, Florida. (Motion, Exhibit C.)"

Coincidentally, respondent "Bertman" is none other than "Bruce Bertman."

He did what:

"Bertman was the Chief Executive Officer and a principal shareholder of A1 International, Inc. ("AWON"), the common stock of which was publicly traded on the over-the-counter market. Defendants Hutchison, Poole and Arnold were stock promoters and controlling shareholders of AWON. Sagnelli was employed as a stock promoter. According to the Indictment, Bertman, Hutchison, Poole and Arnold agreed to pay an approximately $2.5 million undisclosed kickback to the FBI UCA and others to induce the Fund to buy approximately 4 million shares of overpriced AWON stock for a total of $8 million. The Indictment charges that Sagnelli and Poole were to receive a portion of the undisclosed kickback payment for their role in the stock transaction."

Tsk, Tsk!

I better write that down -- Rule #1: Do NOT try to bribe the FBI.

Well, at least he was "incarcerated" close to home.

But now look at him!

All "rehabilitated" and out selling calmare devices!

Why, it brings a tear to my eye!

Actually a steady flow of tears as I about laugh myself sick!

Jeez! First, the SEC sues Kocherans, fines him $50,000, and boots his stock manipulating rear end out of the securities industry.

And where does he end up -- distributing calmare devices.

Now there's Bertman! Poster child of penny stock fraud!

Whoo-boy! And then people wonder how CTTC has such a hard time selling calmares!

I recall an old saying about the company someone keeps revealing a lot about them!"

Can you believe that sh_t? Although I guess maybe Bertman could be useful now that CTTC is lolling about in penny stock land!
