Please don't mention that stinkin' court! I mean, seriously, here you got a contract that presumably a judge could just look at and decalre who is in the right, but what do you get but delays and extensions resulting in literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. And all over a stupid QUACK medical device that no one wants to buy anyway! What a total joke!
