I am no financial advisor but if you are looking for a loss to offset gains, I would use it.

New investor here and wondering if I should sell as a loss. I bought in @ 1.30 and 500 stocks and not much left. Thinking I should be able to recoup some losses with a capital loss. After sitting on this stock for the last few years It just seems dead. Plenty of optimistic posts every month but nothing to show for it.
