Oh my goodness lol. This is the funniest thing I have seen so far, is it common an accountant resigns as a company's accountant? Do they smell fraud/scam? Meris Kott-Goldstein and Mark Goldstein.

Cutler & Co, LLC (“Cutler”) resigned as the Company’s registered independent public accountant.
