It's not like they're the top Federal regulator is it? The SMKY suspension, the SEC revocation, rule 12(j),... those things really don't mean a thing, right? SEC decisions are OPTIONAL, is that what you're saying?
So, when the SEC issues a Notice of Revocation and says "Respondents failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13" They were just kidding?
When the SEC says their revocation extends to "any new corporate names" for SMKY.. they're just joshing?
