yes, BUT I'm more concerned of 'what' they are limiting notice to:

That the Trustee will be filing a Motion to Approve Agreement Between the Bankruptcy Estate and the Debtor's Subsidiary Company, Acceptance Insurance Company ("Motion to Approve") and a Notice of Objection Bar Date.
