What happens to IVFH's remaining 25% or so stake? Can they use all or part of their remaining ownership stake to offset indebtedness? Doing so would not breach any successor obligor clauses in the indentures since the spin-off will not involve substantially all of the whole company's assets, no?

I suppose such a course would depend on the IPO structuring and subsequent market perceptions of FD's viability as a stand alone on the NASDAQ?

To be determined, I guess...no doubt, though, the process is going to be complicated.
