iEntertainment Network Plans Public Offering in 2016

IENT to add Independent Game Company Partners into one mid 2016 Offering

CARY, N.C. – Nov 18, 2015 – iEntertainment Network Inc., (OTCBB: IENT) is pleased to announce that it has begun the process to return to full public stock trading with full financial reporting by mid-2016 IENT has also begun discussions with Independent Game companies to join a consortium of companies that would make up the new IENT to increase the equity value of IENT when the full public listing is achieved.

Many independent game companies have sprung up in the US and the world without access to public capital, senior management, good accounting, or good marketing, but still have innovative game products that can and should be delivered to the marketplace in the most professional way earning significant revenues, profits, and equity growth for their principles.

IENT is offering independent game companies the opportunity to join with IENT to make a larger entity, with access to the public market, with professional senior management, and the ability to raise funds and grow the combined entity into a significant game company dedicated to innovation and good gaming!

IENT has already held talks with two potential partners. IENT expects to offer 4 to 6 independent game companies contracts to participate with IENT’s independent game consortium over the next few months.

iEntertainment Network, (IENT) is a 20-year-old non reporting public company with growing revenues, new products, a significant tax loss carryforward, and the opportunity to be a fully trading OTC stock by mid-2016 with proper legal and accounting implementations. IENT is well known for its historical military simulation games like WarBirds, a WW II Combat Flight Simulation in its 20th successful year, and its new mobile game line, headlined by Bow Hunter 2015 for iOS and Android devices. CEO, JW Stealey, has taken two other game companies public, MicroProse Software, and Interactive Magic, the predecessor company to IENT. “

We are excited for our stockholders, who have supported IENT for a long time, to be able to make their stockholdings fully tradable as we begin to report earnings and do all the SEC and legal items to be a fully reporting and tradable company again in 2016
