One of the detractors to IVFH is the convertibles, options and warrants out there. Sam hasn't cleaned up some of this stuff over time ....... with a spinoff of FD ..... there will need to be an understanding of what happens with these securities as part of this spinoff.

I believe investors holding those items would have to convert convertibles and exercise of options/warrants to get FD shares .... or maybe there is some adjustment that allows for issuance of FD options/warrants.

Will have to keep an eye on how those are treated for this spinoff as these could further dilute IVFH.
