(...in light of the recent new's that they have begun production from at least one well i'm disappointed that management didn't mention or update this here in the 10-K)

find this to be a bit odd and disappointing ...

We have not earned any revenues since our inception and we do not anticipate earning revenues in the upcoming quarter.

...admittedly production from the the Concho Richey #1 well began late in the 2016 first quarter,but it must certainly have generated some revenue...could this mean there is a lien of some kind on production that involve's a creditor?

they also issued a press release back in August that indicated that they had "completed the first sale of oil&natural gas" from that same Concho Richey #1 well..

Balance Sheet look's very bleak,and that's as of July 31st,some 3 and 1/2 ago
