My feeling is that "criminal minded" Wang and Gong are operating the company strictly under the original Chinese name, and they are using local accountants to prepare their tax statements based on the sales and earnings of the last two years which were never filed in the USA using SEC standards. It has been speculated that Wang invested the funds obtained from the sale of the units in buying a portion of some type of warehouse(probably the one that appears on this link)but we don't know what has happened during the last year. I believe that Marcum auditors might still have the incomplete financials for the last two years and might have refused to return them to Wang because he failed to pay them for their service. That would be interesting to investigate on the part of someone who owns a million shares or more and is willing to pay Marcum a reasonable fee for them to provide any information that could be useful in going after Wang. If any of you can get in cotact with dmg maybe it would be good for him to get some of his former contacts to get in touch with Marcum and get some answers.

I must assume that any reference to the company being listed in the USA has been eliminated from their tax reports, and probably no reference is made that the company is 75% owned by shareholders. My assumption is that Wang is not only a criminal in the eyes of all the shareholders who own FCPG, but he is probably lying to the "IRS type of government agency in China" by omitting any mention of the true ownership of this company.

I wish one of the big shareholders of this stock would hire someone in China to investigate what has really happened to this company in order to determine how successful it is and then notify Wang that if he doesn't do the right thing he will be reported to the Chinese equivalent of the IRS or even to the President of China himself for investigation--maybe he could be accused of giving China a bad reputation by the criminal behavior that he and his wife are pursuing "in plain daylight and with immunity". Sounds good!!
