False tweets - SEC and criminal charges filed

While the Hop-On CEO is not involved in that case, I have seen what appear to be false tweets from Hop-On about supposed sales of speakers, etc. The reason they appear to be false is that their financials reported $0 sales during the same time period......or did the CEO just pocket the cash.
After all, it is his personal piggy bank, right?
