You all seem to forget, this company has filed for BANKRUPTCY, which means they do not have the money to pay their debts. After all the money shareholders have invested, and all the taxpayer money invested (which they had no chose whether to invest in this company), Bionitrogen has NOTHING to show for all that money except for debts. They have no plant started, they may well have lost their patent, they have no land to build on, they can't even afford to pay for the EPC report. They've been given millions of dollars but have nothing but debts. Where did all the money go? And you want to give them more?
