NASA, One of the most important charting theories IMO is the Happy family theory. NDX made a new high recently and the rest should as well. looking at the SPX chart here, the big black up fork looks very good with the respect reversals etc. Price should exceed the ML at the top and not the upper tine necessarily which would be way high anyway.
