Now Ackman is contemplating buying Norfolk Southern and merging it in with Canadian Pacific? Won't leave him much room to continue holding Fannie & Freddie commons in the stare down with Valeant redemptions. Could get really painful if he dumps his commons.

Glad to be in Pfds. Commons are poison, IMO. Berko and Perry could be big winners here. Me... I'll just have a nice gain and forego all the drama in Fanniegate Commonland.
