I think the market senses something suspicious with all the PRs and forward-leaning hype that management has been putting out. Looks pretty clear the market is not optimistic that this is going anywhere soon, if at all. My bet is that they will continue to up the billions of dollars in contracts that they allegedly have "inked" and will continue to "sign" more contracts but will never actually build a working power station. IMO, this will be same old, same old, until Messiah comes! Steven
