ECDC - To Date ECDC has been exremely disappointing. No NEWS, No Movement, No development, DEAD as a doornail.
Has nothing to do with putting a plan together. There is NO plan in my estimation.
NOW the share structure is in excess of 12Billion Shares. Thats like wanting to move the Island of Hawaii with a dinghy.
