Innovative Food Holdings Inc (IVFH)

Not sure how to evaluate this transaction, honestly. If institutional investors like it, why is Sam spinning it off? Sum of the parts is worth more than the whole? Here I thought IVFH's core business was solid, but it seems to be the bulwark against FD's value?

I am happy that IVFH is getting back to its core competencies (and profitability) that enticed my investment in the first place. This should elevate the share price back to $2 and above.

Given the momentum of the space, FD may be placed on a higher exchange and be overvalued at the IPO. If that happens, IVFH shareholders will be the beneficiaries, and that would be a good thing.

Definitely an interesting time here.
