They might want to fix this

It's not news that air pollution in China is ghastly, but conditions in the north are hitting new, and disturbing, highs.
The city of Shenyang in Northeast China is reporting fine particulate matter has reached 1,157 micrograms per cubic meter. The World Heath Organization considers anything above 25 micrograms to be unsafe.
Greenpeace believes this is the highest-ever particulate matter count in Chinese history.
Air pollution worsens dramatically during the winter as coal-fired public heating systems kick on. China still uses coal in most of its energy production, and the country continues to build power plants run on coal. According to the Chinese environmental ministry, 74 of the nation's 82 largest cities did not pass the national air quality standards in 2014.
Inhaling particulate matter can contribute to heart disease and strokes and, of course, lung issues like emphysema and even cancer. Chinese officials recommend people stay indoors and schools cancel outdoor activities during poor air quality days.

They have something like 36 nukes planned or being built and then they have the EV's they are subsidizing like crazy.

Pretty simple story if you have the patience to ride it home.
