Things that might already be set into motion:

Halt the once-critical necessity to up-list.
Make no effort to attract shareholders.
Ignore promotion... and wither away.
Limit capital expense, ie building.
Grow company, not share price.

Take private, add some energy.
Instant over-night success.
Shareholders lose again.

An opinion on some possible Virtra/Modern Round logistics:

Start with Bob's +10% position, plus his mega-options available, plus the family shares, management shares, several large shareholders, etc. and the usual mass of lemmings always eager to vote with management, especially when offered a kind word and a small premium to current share price... Next add the possible extra 10% of Virtra shares available to Modern Round per unknown conditions being met. Apply some warm and fuzzy group hugs. Massage the numbers, round up and it could turn into a private Modern Virtra.
