I didn't think it was overly bad as compared to other companies on the OTC. Companies here on the OTC are here for a reason as they are emerging, have issues and some flat outright scams. Revenues were up around 180% over the previous reporting period although costs were also up. It certainly was a very thorough report as compared to many other companies. Forward looking they stated they can continue operations about 4 months or so which is a comment you see in many of these. Those that are viable usually find a work thru to continue forward with some type of financing. Time will tell. Overall, nothing alarming to me.
