A little on the insane side of things with that many shares going out to someone with no place to sell them too. Or at least thats the appearance here.

The news was that they had restructured the toxic notes in to less toxic notes, at 0001 thats still more shares than are authorized. With the licensing in Nevada expired and the corp in default status they cant exactly reverse split or increase the AS until they cough up the $1900.00 to the Sec of State there.

They never stop handing out shares regardless of whats going on "behind the scenes".

We will see soon if you ask me. I dont know what they have up their sleeves but i think we will have a good idea if they file the Q.
