Just remember that a RS only benefits Koos and the Scientist only due to the group owning Same amount as ENTB, and a RS will insure pay checks for all of them involved.

Your five million shares will be worth $33k shares with Koos and the others owning $12 million each at $0.01.

Nice income if you can get it and says money is more important at the beginning than saving lives in order to buy crap so you enjoy life owning crap while the ones sick DIE!

I would expect a serious RS to meet $0.01 rules a regulation enacted by the SEC. Sorbanes Oxley rules don't apply.
